Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. How refunds work for Cloudtoolkit enrollments invoiced offline.
Scope
This site does not process payments. Refunds apply to fees paid to Cloudtoolkit under an invoice or enrollment agreement for courses and cohorts described on this site.
Eligibility & timeframe
Self-paced Field Notebook purchases may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if fewer than two modules have been accessed. Control Room and Assurance Circle seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to 10 business days before the cohort start date.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after a Control Room cohort has begun but before the midpoint, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee, less any materials already delivered. After the midpoint, seat fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Custom discovery days already delivered under Assurance Circle
- Third-party venue or travel costs prepaid on your behalf with prior written approval
- Downloadable checklist packs purchased standalone after download
Refund process
Email contact@cloudtoolkit.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary by institution.
Cancellations by Cloudtoolkit
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Documented medical or force-majeure events may qualify for case-by-case relief outside the windows above. We may also refuse refunds where materials were shared in violation of our Terms.
